Freya Early Warning Radar Installation (printed)

This radar was designed and made by GEMA, and many companies were subcontracted in its manufacture.

The Freya was used for the detection of enemy aircraft over a range of 200 km.

Whilst the Freya had a good range its downfall was that it could only detect range and bearing, but not height.

This Model fits with any Sci-fi, Dystopian, Cyberpunk, Grim Dark or Post Apocalyptic wargaming tabletop setting.

This Model fits with any WW2 or early 20th century wargaming tabletop setting.

This WW2 Gaming Model is printed on FDM 3D printers in our workshop. The model is printed with a 0.4mm nozzle at 0.2mm layer height for best results. 

Some Clean-up May be required.

Models are supplied un-painted.

This Gaming Model is printed on Resin 3D printers, such as the Elegoo Mars in our workshop. The model is printed witha 0.02 to 0.05mm layer height for best results.

This Wargaming 3D model is designed for 28mm WW2 tabletop gaming and takes an approximate base scale of 1/50.

Other scales are available and if you don't see the scale you require please contact us with details. 

Please allow 5-10 days for the model to produce, this time depends on the scale of the model, the size of the order and the current workload. While we ask you to allow this time we will attempt to get the order out within a couple of days.

Bolt Action, Chain of Command, Flames of War, Axis & Allies and Konflikt ’47. It can also be used in games such as Judge Dredd, Necromunda, and Fallout Wasteland Warfare.
