Listing Attribution
For each for-sale listing DG Minis UK has on www.dgminisuk.co.uk that includes models from Digital Taxidermy you must include the below Licence image and contain a link to this licence page (where allowed by your retail platform).
This needs to be a part of the product listing description, it can be at the bottom or end and must hyperlink back to DG Minis UK’s licence page.

Term
This licence covers 1 year of commercial distribution. Commencing 19-06-2021 and ending 19-06-2022
Distribution includes only physical prints or finished products created using the models in the Lost Bio-Labs product range.
The STL’s may NOT be resold or transferred to third parties.
Permission is not granted to use Digital Taxidermy Ltd STL products in whole or in part in your own 3d models for profit or otherwise without prior consent.
After expiry DG Minis UK is not authorized to sell any printed models covered by this licence agreement.
What Licensing Covers
A license agreement with Digital Taxidermy permits DG Minis UK to sell physical prints of our premium Lost Bio-Labs sets and models. DG Minis UK is not permitted to sell or share the digital STL files to third parties in any manner.
How DG Minis UK groups, presents, or prices the models is at the discretion of the reseller. DG Minis UK can mix and match items, sell subsets of complete Lost Bio-Labs sets, sell unpainted or finished physical models.
DG Minis UK is granted the use of any relevant promotional media in support of your listings for Digital Taxidermy products from sources such as the Digital Taxidermy website https://www.digitaltaxidermy.co.uk/ or youtube channel
As part of this licence we have made available our image library for Lost Bio-Labs related material that you might find useful.
Files and STL Access
Becoming a licensed printer does NOT give DG Minis UK free access to any Digital Taxidermy files not included within Lost Bio-Labs file set.
Having this print licence does not allow DG Minis UK to sell models not part of Lost Bio-Labs purchased from Digital Taxidermy during the same or other transactions.
Special Kickstarter Notes
This normal reseller agreement does not permit selling of items from other Kickstarter packages.
Getting Licensed
By making your purchase through Kickstarter and completing the questionnaire, we have completed the licencing process for this term.
We have the information we need to check in and make sure everything is going well, in a year we can see about extensions to the licensing.
End of Term
After 12 months has elapsed (19-06-2022) you will no longer be licenced to sell Lost Bio-Labs models.
After that time, you may not accept any more sales for Lost Bio-Labs and remove them from your website.
You may keep the STL’s they are considered purchased for personal use only from this point on.
Digital Taxidermy will check your web shop and all other affiliated locations to ensure Lost Bio-Labs models are removed from sale.
If you still wish to sell Digital Taxidermy Lost Bio-Labs products after this date, we must discuss the purchase of an additional Licence, details of which can be discussed nearer the time.

Unlicensed resellers
Digital Taxidermy will be monitoring the internet and the modelling sales channels to ensure that our products are not being sold by unlicensed sellers to ensure you get the best value from this licence. Should you see anyone you suspect is selling Digital Taxidermy product without and active licence then please get in touch with sales@digitaltaxidermy.co.uk and provide any details you can get of the seller, host, url and any other pertinent information and we will find out what the situation is and take appropriate action.
