T-18 Russian Light Tank - STL

This is a highly detailed 3D model of a battle damaged T-18 Russian Tank modelled by 3D fortress, prepared and distributed under license by Digital Taxidermy

The T-18 light tank (also called MS-1, Russian: малый сопровождения, первый, tr. maliy soprovozhdeniya, perviy, "Small [Vehicle for] Support, First [type/example]") was the first Soviet-designed tank. Produced from 1928 to 1931, it was based on the Renault FT, with the addition of a vertically sprung suspension.

The T-18 and its derivatives were essentially unsuccessful designs, but they gave Soviet industry its first experiences in designing armoured vehicles, and in the meantime a number of foreign tank designs were available for production.

This STL file is a multipart model, at 28mm scale it can be printed on a resin printer

Supports are required for this model.

The printed model measures approx.:

32mm x 79mm x 40mm @28mm scale

We have a handy calculator for resizing files for 3D printing over at scale-converters

It is designed for 28mm table top games set in WW2 such as:

Bolt Action, Chain of Command and Konflikt ’47. It can also be used in games such as Judge Dredd, Necromunda, and Fallout Wasteland Warfare.

See the blog post notes on scales about resizing STL files.

Some of the images supplied are computer generated and are for reference. They are images of the files that will be 3D printed.

Print in place parts may need some work to loosen them up after print. Once free, run them through full travel several times to wear them in.
