What happened to the old website?
The old website was starting to show its age and had some performance issues. It was also getting expensive to run. We have therefore had to rebuild the website on a smaller and more manageable scale. Unfortunately this does mean we’ve had to lose some features of the website but we had to do what was sustainable.
This website will sell printed versions of our more popular products. There is a larger catalogue of products on our eBay store, so most of what was available before is on there. We will continue to add our back catalogue of STL files to our Cults 3D store so please look there for 3D printer files.
I want something from your old site.
If there is a product that we used to sell and you can no longer find it. Please contact us via sales@digitaltaxidermy.co.uk .Unfortunately we have not been able to re-list all of our back catalogue as it was far too extensive. However we are still able to print anything we had before and the STL files can also be sold.
Where can I find my old Kickstarter files?
Some of the files may be available through Cult 3D but if you have not downloaded a pack that you have previously paid for, then please email sales@digitaltaxidermy.co.uk saying what the files were and the email or username that it was associated with. We will do our best to get those files out to you.
How long will it take for me to get my printed products?
Once orders come in we start the 3D printing process. This can take a couple of days. The products then need to be cleaned and checked before they are sent out. This normally takes between two and four working days. On some occasions large orders or large models can take longer to produce and during busy times of year there may also be a delay. orders should always be sent out within ten working days.
How do you handle postage and shipping?
For UK orders, packages are sent out via Royal Mail using their 48-hour delivery service. There is a flat fee of £4.20 for shipping. We will try to keep shipping prices as low as possible but Royal Mail will normally raise their prices once or twice a year and we may have to reflect that.
For international postage we will also send items tracked. The prices depend on where you are in the world. There may also be customs charges or tariffs that will need to be paid. These are normally added by the delivery service in the recipient country and you may have to pay these through your domestic postal carrier.
Can I return items?
Yes we do accept returns but we require the customer to pay the return postage.
There was a problem with my order.
If there was a problem with your order, please email us at sales@digitaltaxidermy.co.uk or design@digitaltaxidermy.co.uk and we will get it sorted as soon as possible.
